They all had great academic record, lived in several countries with multi-language skills, bringing their practical experience in companies of their specialized industries.
Martina has over 3 years of experience in HR consulting in China. She has worked in high volume recruitment, executive search and leadership consulting having exposure to both high volume and high precision environments. Martina studied in Ca'Foscari University where she majored in Chinese Language and Culture. She later completed her masters in International business in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, in China. Martina is fluent in English, Italian and Chinese.

Kevin has +10 years’ experience in Management Consulting, Recruitment Consulting and in Client Services across Europe, South America and APAC. Holder of a Masters degree in Business Administration and Corporate Finance, his professional experience focuses on IT, Finance, and Insurance industries. Prior to joining Zavala Civitas, he worked for Capgemini and IBM. He returned to China in 2012, to be part of a German Consulting Executive HR firm to then become the Director of ZCES in China. He speaks fluent French, English, Spanish and Mandarin.

In Zavala Civitas she conducts Search and Assessment projects. Claire has international experience having lived in Ireland, USA and China. She graduated in International Business in Missouri State University and completed her Masters degree in Maynooth University, in Ireland. She is fluent in Chinese and English
